Personal data we collect
When you register for one of our courses, we collect the information we need to manage your place on the chosen course and to send you the invoice for the participation fee. This includes your name, address, email address and telephone number. If you provide us with additional information, we will also collect it. Participants under the age of 18 also provide their date of birth yy mm dd (not personnr with the last four digits).
We also collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us, for example when you communicate with us via email or other channels where you register.
How we use personal data
We use the personal data we collect to:
– be able to manage your place if you have registered for one of our courses
– email newsletters and information about our events
– send leaflets by post about our events
We do not make your personal data available to third parties. However, we may share information with our suppliers for the purposes set out below.
How we share the information we collect
Only those persons in our company who need to process personal data for the above-mentioned purposes have access to your personal data. We may need to share your personal data with our suppliers, such as printers for diplomas.
Reasons for using your personal data
When we process personal data for the purposes explained in this notice, we are using it in our legitimate interests to run courses and communicate with you about our activities and events.
