With us you can learn to swim as an adult
Swimming is one of the better ways to improve your health, as water exercise is gentle on your body.
Our adult swimming school has groups for both beginners with no previous experience and those who have swimming experience and need to improve their skills.
For beginners, we work on developing the water habit with, among other things. floating exercises and try out different swimming styles according to the needs of the students. The instructor works individually with what each student wants to learn. We have small groups and the instructor is always in the water. No one is pressured to do something they don’t want to do or feel comfortable doing. In some pools we can be alone in the water, creating privacy and preventing oversight, and in other pools we swim in parallel with other groups.
Boosting your water and swimming skills
In just 4 weeks you can develop your swimming skills! For those who want to learn to swim or hone their skills, we have a shorter course of 4 weeks. The lessons are 1 hour long, you swim in a group with a maximum of 4 participants and an instructor. You save time by swimming longer lessons once a week for 4 weeks.
