Technique group is a course where we further develop the regular swimming school, with breaststroke, backstroke and crawl.

The course is intended for children from 7 years old. At this level, the child must be able to swim very well; at least 200 metres, and be completely comfortable being underwater.

The course consists of 8 sessions

Interested in private lessons or want to hone your crawl technique?

We have private lessons for all levels for both children and adults. We offer individually tailored swimming lessons with trained swimming instructors have training.

The crawl courses are for adults and older children from about 14 years old.
