In this pool we have groups in baby swim school, splash & play, swimming lessons and beginners’ swim school from 4 years and up.

There are only 4 or 5 children per group, which allows a lot of quality time with the instructor. Ideal for those who want to participate in a smaller group.

Here we offer courses in baby swimming, mini swimming, swimming school from 4 years and up, adult swimming and private lessons.

At Rosenlund Hospital, a parent can be with the child in the water. However, it is perfectly possible for the other parent to participate in the lesson from the shore, as the pool is raised from the ground.

Our two pools in Upplands Bro are located in Brohuset. We only have activities in the small pool. It has a maximum depth of 1 metre and maintains a temperature of 32-34°C.

Right in the centre of Upplands Väsby is this 33°C warm pool, 6×8 metres. Separate changing rooms and access to a sauna.
