Baby swimming, swimming school & adult swimming in Malmö

Friskis & Svettis Parkmöllan, has a lovely large pool where we have toddler swimming and swimming school groups. The pool is 12.5 * 6 metres and maintains a temperature of 32 degrees. There is also a café if you want a snack after swimming.

Here we have courses in baby swimming, splash & play, swimming lessons, swimming school from 4 years and up (steps 1-4) and adult swimming.

Welcome to Malmö, Friskis & Svettis Parkmöllan!

  • Friisgatan 45, Malmö (entrance for those with a stroller)

  • Barkgatan 24, Malmö, one floor down with elevator.
  • Entrance: there are two different entrances to the facility, one from Friisgatan 45 (if you have a stroller with you) and one from Barkgatan 24, one floor down with a lift.
  • Normal street parking on the streets of the area. It can sometimes be difficult to find vacancies near the site.
  • Pushchairs are parked in an appropriate place just outside the changing rooms. Unfortunately, they cannot be locked. The cafeteria is staffed during the day but does not take responsibility for the strollers. Use carriage protection in slushy weather.
  • Cots for the youngest children are available in or outside the changing rooms.

  • One adult: Here, 1 adult can accompany the child in the water for baby swimming and swimming school. More adults are always welcome to come and watch the lessons. 

  • Two adults: In our first baby swimming course “baby swimming school step 1” you can be two adults together with the child in the water.

  • The changing rooms are separate for men and women. The ladies have two changing rooms next to the pool area (2 showers in each) and the gentlemen change in the room directly opposite the pool room – on the other side of the corridor (6 showers).

  • Lockers are available. Locks for lockers are needed. Bring your own or buy on site.

Crawl courses

Rent the whole pool!

Come and swim with family and friends. Here you have the opportunity to have the whole pool to yourself. You have access to the pool for 1 hour, toys and swimming equipment are available for use. The booking is valid for up to 10 people, if you are more than that, an additional 150 SEK per person will be charged. We recommend a maximum of 12 people. The pool is warm and lovely, after the swim you can buy toast, sausages and festis in the café. To rent the pool costs 1950 kr.

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@trampoolin.com at least 24 hours before the booked time. A cancellation fee of 500 SEK will be charged for the booked time. Also in case of cancellation in time. In case of non-cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
